Nom nom nom, another delicious high protein cheesecake recipe which will keep those pesky cravings at bay!
Method
Step 1
Blend the cottage cheese, eggs, Greek yoghurt and protein powder until smooth.
Step 2
Stir in your blueberries (if using) and pour the mixture into 4 ramekins.
Step 3
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from oven and let cool.
Step 5
Chill for a few hours.
Step 6 (optional)
Top with blueberries.
Ingredients
- 500g Cottage Cheese
- 2 Organic Eggs
- 120 ml of Full Fat Greek yogurt
- 4 large scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 handfuls of Blueberries (optional)
