I started this journey on January 1st, 2024, and it was the best thing I’ve done! I always try to stick to the basics as per Davinia's book: Electrolyte and MCT coffee in the morning, eggs or avocado with sourdough for lunch, and then a healthy, home-cooked meal. In the winter, I make myself a mocha with a big scoop of chocolate protein powder, collagen, and coffee mid-morning, or a hot chocolate with hot Jersey milk, collagen, and a big scoop of chocolate protein powder. Delicious!
I’m still learning—every day’s a school day, as they say—but I feel so much better in myself, and I’ve lost about a stone. I can really notice it in my face. I highly recommend the WillPowders way!
