Reset your liver with a flush! This is not for the light hearted and it is pretty grim; however, you will feel amazing once you’ve got through it.

Ingredients

  • 500ml pure apple juice (not from concentrate)
  • 8 chamomile tea bags
  • 3 tbsp of medical grade Epsom salts
  • 235 ml of olive oil
  • The juice of 4 grapefruits
  • Magnesium Glycinate supplement
  • 6 Rise & Shine capsules

Method

Step 1

Day 1: 7am. Drink 500ml of apple juice 7.30 am. Drink 1 cup of chamomile tea. Continue drinking until 2pm (8 cups in total) 5pm. Take 1 tbsp of Epsom salts dissolved in a glass of warm water. 7pm. Take the other tbsp of Epsom salts dissolved in a glass of warm water and get ready for your system to start flushing itself out - if you know what we mean. 10pm. Blend the olive oil with the grapefruit juice until it emulsifies and becomes creamy and drink. 10.05pm. Take a magnesium tablet to help you sleep.

Step 2

The next day: 7am. Take the last tbsp of Epsom salts dissolved in a glass of warm water and head to the loo.

Step 3

The next 6 days: Take one Rise & Shine capsule a day to clear out any residual debris and support your liver function.
