A delicious superfood addition to your Christmas veggie spread.

Ingredients

  • 2 packs cooked Beetroot
  • 50g grass fed Butter
  • 2 tbsps Honey
  • Drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • 2 tsp Caraway seeds
  • Black Pepper

Method

Step 1

Chop the Beetroot into quarters

Step 2

Toss the Beetroot in the rest of the ingredients and then spread evenly on a parchment lined baking tray.

Step 3

Roast in the oven at 170⁰ for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
