How to make your crust

Ingredients

  • 145g Almond Flour
  • 60g of Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp of Celtic Sea Salt
  • 1 small scoop of Collagen
  • 60g of Grass Fed Butter
  • 1 large Egg (organic and free range)
  • 1 tbsp of MCT Oil
  • 10-15 drops of Stevia

Method

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin or pie tin.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and collagen powder.

Step 3

In another bowl, whisk the melted butter, egg, MCT oil, and stevia until smooth. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.

Step 4

Press small portions of the dough into each tin cavity to form a thin crust along the bottom and sides.
