Ingredients
- A good glug of olive oil
- 2 WillPowders Spice capsules or 1/2 tsp of turmeric
- A good handful of chopped coriander - feel free to your preferred leafy herb
- Salt and Pepper
Method
Step 1
Chop your leafy herbage.
Step 2
Pour a glug of olive oil into a bowl, pull two Spice capsules apart and sprinkle into your oil.
Step 3
Add a good shake of salt and pepper.
Step 4
Add your chopped herbs and give it a good mix.
Step 5
Dunk your meat in your anti-inflammatory and nutrient dense marinade and leave for 1 hour before cooking.
Step 6
Cook your meat as desired and chow down.
