Spice, Olive Oil and Coriander Dressing for Meat

Eat like our ancestors and support weight loss and inflammation by protecting and marinating your meat in this dressing.  This nutrient dense marinade will prevent your meat from oxidising and dampen down cravings for junk food. By adding our highest rated anti-inflammation turmeric, curcumin and black pepper supplement, Spice, you are helping to reduce systemic inflammation throughout your body.

Method

Step 1

Chop your leafy herbage.

Step 2

Pour a glug of olive oil into a bowl, pull two Spice capsules apart and sprinkle into your oil.

Step 3

Add a good shake of salt and pepper.

Step 4

Add your chopped herbs and give it a good mix.

Step 5

Dunk your meat in your anti-inflammatory and nutrient dense marinade and leave for 1 hour before cooking.

Step 6

Cook your meat as desired and chow down.
