Debbie, a gorgeous FFS member, has innovated the most delish, clean, sugar free pud that might just become a new pudding staple at WillPowders HQ!

Ingredients

  • 1 400ml can of full fat Coconut Milk
  • 2 scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder
  • The rind and juice of 1 Lemon
  • 3 tbsp of Chia Seeds

Method

Step 1

Zest your lemon

Step 2

Mix the coconut milk, protein powder, chia seeds, lemon juice and rind altogether

Step 3

Decant into 4 small bowls and pop in the fridge for 2-4 hours, or until set. You can leave this overnight.
