I have started taking 3 capsules in a spiced latte (following WP’s recipe - sometimes with MCT oil) and it’s become my favourite nightcap! I have definitely noticed that the usual aches and pains I suffer from subside (lower back and right hip - genetics, thanks family). It’s also been my go to this winter when I’ve felt a little under the weather, helps so much and could not be without this.

I couldn’t be without these, they really do help with inflammation. I wasn’t sure if they were working much for me and if I needed them however When these went out of stock last year I got some Carcumin capsular from a well known store to keep me going but they didn’t help and I noticed the difference l. Now I try not to run out of these :)

Can not be without these. At 46 i’ve just started getting a bit achey and creaky. These little tablets take away these little niggles for me. Take along side collagen and calms too. Since starting will powders 18 months ago my hair and skin have also improved massively

I’m big into trying new alternative meds but I never really have turmeric a try. I gave it 4 months and noticed no difference so I decided not to continue. Might work for some but not for me.
