    Really enjoyed the read. I’ve been reading and finding out facts for a long time now on nutrition and healthy living,and your book is just great and simplified for many readers.     Mind blowing

    This book is truly so informative, it’s written in a way that anyone can understand and follow for a cleaner healthier lifestyle.     Fun and informative read

    I enjoyed this book

    Learnt loads and can relate to nearly all of it

    Suits my way of learning

    And WTF all these additives in UPF I thought I knew about…. Wow, I only knew half of it !!!!
