This supplement has made more of a difference than I thought, I had been taking it everyday then did wonder if it was having a benefit. I some how stopped taking it over Christmas due to spending long hours at the hospital when my mum was at end of life, it wasn’t until I spent time at home after that I realised how much it helped as my knee’s were so painful I would wake up in the night in agony. Then I as something to focus on I got back to taking spice and the other willpower products that I take regularly and the pain in my knees is all but gone and sometimes it really helps to have the routine of these products to get through a tough day ❤️

My joints feel far less stiff since taking these alongside the collagen. Amazing supplement, great that this has curcumin along with the tumeric. Powerful stuff! Makes a great tumeric latte too!

I have been taking these for a few weeks now & feel so much better, i stand up for 7 hours a day at work mostly in the same position & when i get home i seize up & my back hurts so bad, after taking this product i honestly dont have any back pain & i can actually get up off the settee & walk normally after a 7hr shift, i will continue to use these.
