So like typical families, we have a busy life. We try out best with nutrition. But I personally don't feel like I get enough protein in our diet. I noticed I'm always tired. Have lots of hair loss. Had tests etc to no avail. Anyhow I decided to buy this product for myself. I have loved how much energy I have. I also love that ot has had an effect on my hair. It's not shredding much.
I started to add it to just about anything I make. I've added it to beans, mash potatoes, pies, pasta sauces, Currys. I've now started adding it to my bakes. I can confirm it is tasteless in bakes. I've put it in chocolate ganache, flapjacks with activated nuts, banana bread too.
