Ingredients
- 4 Medjool Dates
- 2 Tbsp Psyllium Husk (available on Amazon)
- 2 Tbsp WillPowders Chocolate Protein powder
- 1 Tbsp Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Tsp Cocoa Powder
Method
Step 1
Blitz all of the ingredients together in an electric whizzer until it forms a big sticky ball. Dates can vary in size, so if the mix is too loose, just add a bit more Psyllium Husk and protein powder in equal measure until you get a dough-like consistency. Or conversely, if it is too dry, add another teaspoon of peanut butter (I use Wholearth organic).
Step 2
Roll them into balls and then dust with a bit more protein powder and half a teaspoon of cocoa for a delicious fudgy, chocolatey treat.
