Craving the famous Ginger Spice latte from that place that rhymes with Marducks? Fear not because we've re-created it but ours is packed with amino acid magic, MCT energy and won't spike your blood sugar. Hoorah!

Ingredients

  • 1 - 1 1/2 tsp of organic Coffee
  • 250 (ish) ml of Hot Water (or, half milk, half water)
  • 1 large scoop of Ginger Spice Protein Powder
  • 1 small scoop of MCT Oil
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp of ground Cinnamon
  • Optional: 1/8 tsp of ground Nutmeg
  • Optional: whipped double Cream (organic)

Method

Step 1

Pop your coffee granules into your fave mug

Step 2

Add 1 scoop of your Ginger Spice Protein Powder

Step 3

Add 1 scoop of MCT Oil

Step 4

If you're adding the optional autumnal spice, now's the time

Step 5

Add half of your hot water and whizz everything together

Step 6

Add the rest of the water

Step 7

Top with freshly whipped cream if it takes your fancy and sprinkle a little more cinnamon and nutmeg.
