- 300ml of full fat organic Milk
- 2 large scoops of Chocolate or Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 Banana (organic if possible)
- Ice (optional)
Method
Step 1
Pop all your ingredients in an electric blender until your shake is fully whizzed, thick and delicious.
