This collagen dissolves really well into hot drinks, and I tend to go green/mint with no milk no help mask any flavour. It's hard to know if supplements really do anything, but for the benefits collagen offers its something I want to try and keep up to and this helps me hit those goals. Love the branding too, and the free scoop back on offer was really handy. Will definitely reorder.
